cramped room missing toiletries
the room felt quite cramped. i expected more space considering what i paid. additionally the lack of readily available toiletries was annoying i had to call down for shampoo and conditioner.

lovely stay, superb staff
lovely garden helpful staff
i appreciated the location. it was excellent and i found the courtyard garden quite lovely. the staff were very friendly. they were always helpful with any questions i had.
the room i stayed in was small. also, i noticed the lack of tissues and toiletries like shampoo.

my room included comfortable beds and the place was clean. the room size was adequate for one person. i had no issues at all. everything functioned well.

adequate stay with minor issues
uncomfortable pillows winter duvet
the breakfast had a good variety of fresh food.
the room was not cleaned daily unless i requested it, supposedly for environmental reasons (i found this inconvenient). there was a carpet in the room and i felt daily cleaning should be mandatory. the pillows were uncomfortable, and even though it was warm, the bedding was a winter duvet.
